After upgrading T2C, some Tesla users may experience a black page when accessing “tespush.com” in the Tesla browser.
To fix this issue, users need to provide their UUID to the after-sales service personnel via email (Our email address: service@carlinkitfactory.com ) and wait for the firmware upgrade to be pushed in the background.
Once the new firmware is pushed, users can update it by accessing the backend at 192.168.3.1.
This process is necessary to ensure a smooth user experience when using the Tesla browser and accessing various websites, including maps, streaming services, and charging station information.
