Solutions: Attempt to reset the dongle and make another attempt to establish a connection.
Steps for resetting:
1. To access the backend, simply scan the QR code provided in the product’s manual and enter 192.168.50.2 into your mobile browser.
2. Click on the page’s Settings button, followed by selecting the Reset button located in the upper left corner of the Settings page.
3. Re-establish the connection between the dongle and the car as if it were the initial setup.
